How is comp structured?+
Competitive splits, with the structure tailored to your experience and book. We'll talk specifics in the second conversation — never on a public page.
Is this conversation actually confidential?+
Yes. Every recruiting conversation is held confidentially. We don't reach out to your current employer, recruiters, or your social network unless you tell us to.
Will I have to start over with leads?+
No. You bring your book, your realtor relationships, and your referral partners with you. We add the FCM product shelf, the processing team, and the community reputation underneath.
Are you only hiring in Augusta?+
We're licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. Most of our team is in or near the CSRA, but the right LO with a strong market and clean licensing story can fit remotely.
